Cooper soaks in the sun.

This week’s Cluster’s Pet of the Week is Cooper, a strong, 1-year-old pit bull looking for a new home.

Cooper currently lives with Professor Pam Brewer, the chair of the technical communication program.

Cooper is a sweet pup who loves to run, play ball and sit on laps. He also shows love to those around him whether it be a person or another dog. He’s healthy, heartworm free and a quick learner.

Cooper was abandoned at a Marshall's store until he was found by Brewer who has been fostering him while searching for a new owner. He’s looking for a home that will be active in both training and rewarding.

If you’re looking to adopt a loving pit, Cooper is the one for you! In the words of Brewer, “he will be the best of dogs.”

For those interested in bringing Cooper into their home, contact with serious inquiries only. To learn more about Cooper (or to look at more cute photos), check out his website.
