The women’s soccer team hit the road Thursday to take on Gardner-Webb University. The Bears are sitting at a 4-0-4 record so far this season and are the only team remaining undefeated in the SoCon.

Gordon Johnston has long been an avid fan of water and the calming effect it has on him. As a child, he and his family would frequent the Flint and Chattooga Rivers. He said that in college he took a whitewater canoeing class that taught him how to read the current and how to navigate rapids without flipping. March Madness carries for Mercer a nostalgic reminder of the eventful day when the #14 Bears stunned the #3 Duke Blue Devils in the first round of the 2014 NCAA Men’s March Madness. Men’s Basketball
Mercer’s Ousman Jabang '23 was selected 75th overall in the Major League Soccer (MLS) SuperDraft, to CF Montréal on Dec. 21, 2022. Jabang has played for the Bears since he signed with the team out of Ola High School in McDonough, Georgia.
As the Mercer women's basketball team progresses through the season, they earned a big win against the University of South Alabama, but not without racking up some losses along the way.
