A small crowd gathered in the Plunkett Gallery on the evening of Nov. 1 to witness the opening of an exhibit titled “Mercer’s Integration: The Good, the Bad, and the Unfinished.”
Mercer students sporting ancient Greek costumes and shields gathered in Newton Chapel on Oct. 13 to participate in the ninth annual Great Books Games.

The 2023 theme for Mercers Homecoming festivities has been announced by Quadworks. This year is themed “Toby Toons” and will be styled around cartoons and animation, as according to Mercer's Quadworks Campus Activity Board, which organizes Mercer’s Homecoming.
On Aug. 25, the Office of Student Affairs announced that due to driver shortages, the Macon Transit Authority (MTA) bus service would not be in operation for Mercer students until further notice.
