Mercer is preparing for a bout of winter weather in its first week back from break. The National Weather Service told The Cluster on Thursday that the Macon area could expect to see a mix of snow, freezing rain and sleet starting Friday at 7 a.m. and lasting until 4 p.m. the same day.
