Rylan Allen and Abigail Yemisrach were previously announced as the SGA President and Vice President for the 2022-23 school year.
Samantha Homcy ‘23 is a junior at Mercer majoring in journalism and criminal justice. She has been working at The Cluster since her freshman year and served as Social Media Co-Manager during the spring 2021 semester. She is currently a practicum intern with WMAZ-TV. In her free time she enjoys music, community service, watching TV and finding new ways to get involved on Mercer’s campus.
“This is my first time I actually celebrated, I’m super enthused. I feel like a kid again.”
"It is our hope here at the theatre that all who come to see the show are amazed and caught up in the story that we have worked so hard to put out," senior Laura Ashlyn Pridgen said. "Getting a genuine audience reaction to our work is what I’m most excited for.”
In July 2021, the County Commission approved $2,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to be used for community violence intervention services.
“We weren’t sure if we’d be able to pull this off, but through great help from SGA and great volunteer help, we’ve been able to pull it back together for the first time in two years.” Caroline Ulsaker, the president of Mercer Asia, said.
Dark roast, medium roast and honey-processed coffee are now offered to students dining at the Fresh Food Company.
“Every person in the music school has made an impact on my life," he said. "I’m grateful for having had the opportunity to just be a part of the team.”
The annual tradition is put on by SGA's Heritage Life Committee.
Hilliard won the competition, and a portion of the proceeds was donated to Phi Mu's philanthropy, the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
